All paintings sold through hemakshivalera.com are original, one-of-a-kind artworks. As such, all sales are final, and I am unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please read product descriptions carefully and feel free to contact me with any questions before purchasing.
Damaged or Lost in Transit
If your painting arrives damaged, don’t hesitate to get in touch with me within 48 hours of delivery at kashievalerham@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. I will work with you to find a fair resolution.
If your order is lost in transit, don’t hesitate to get in touch with me, and I will investigate with the shipping carrier on your behalf.
Commission Deposits
Commission deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. If you need to cancel a commission before work begins, please contact me as soon as possible.
