Are the original paintings one of one?+
Yes. Unless a listing clearly says it is a print or made-to-order product, the original paintings are individually hand-painted originals.
Do original artworks come with a Certificate of Authenticity?+
Yes. Original artworks include a Certificate of Authenticity.
Are original paintings framed?+
Unless a product page specifically says otherwise, original canvas paintings are sold unframed. Selected framed fine art print listings include the frame shown in their product options.
What is the difference between an original and a fine art print?+
An original is the one physical painting I created by hand. A fine art print is a professionally produced reproduction of a selected statement work.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes, for eligible products. International customers may also be responsible for duties, taxes or customs charges in their country.
Can I collect my artwork locally?+
Local pickup is available where shown at checkout. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before travelling to collect it.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?+
Contact me as soon as reasonably possible and keep the packaging. Photos of the item, outer packaging and shipping label are helpful.
How do commissions work?+
Send a commission enquiry with the feeling, colours, approximate size, space and budget you have in mind. I’ll reply to discuss the idea, timing and full price before anything is confirmed.
How much do commissions cost?+
Commissioned originals currently start from AUD $150 for smaller pieces. Final pricing depends on size, materials and complexity.
What is Racing the Elements?+
Racing the Elements is my independent hand-painted circuit series, reimagining each place through its own atmosphere.
Do I have to subscribe to download the wallpapers?+
No. The six Sounds of Silence wallpapers are free to download for personal use without subscribing.
How does shipping work for the free ATC?+
The original ATC itself is free. Shipping is arranged separately where required, and any applicable delivery cost is shown or confirmed before dispatch.
How can I ask about an order?+
